The service currently includes the following packages, the purchase methods costs are available in the "buy" section of the Site.
2022 X-Trial VideoPass Season: This subscription gives you access to all its content prior to, and not including, the first race of 2023 season.
1 X-Trial Event VideoPass: This pass gives you access to only 1 event.
2Play offers different types of subscriptions for the use of services:
Subscription (“2022 X-Trial VideoPass Season”): The subscription provides for a one-time payment of the sum foreseen for the specific package, through the instrument chosen payment.
Purchase of Single Event ("X-Trial Event VideoPass"): Involves the one-time payment of the cost of only 1 Single Event in the manner provided on the Site at any time during the season.
It is understood that the same provisions of these General Conditions apply to the activation of a new package, as the same is to be considered a new and additional product to any package already activated.
We will send you your account information (e.g., changes to passwords or payment methods, confirmation messages, notifications, etc.) exclusively in electronic format by e-mail to the address that you provided at the time of your registration. Packages can be purchased in the following ways: Online via the dedicated section www.x-trial.tv. And through the purchase methods provided by the individual operators authorized telephone numbers.
It is understood that the payment of the cost of the package, through the methods indicated above, does not include the cost of the enabled devices; nor the cost for data traffic, necessary for the use of the service.
When purchasing a package on the Site, you will be asked to enter a valid payment method, chosen from Credit Card.
Regarding the payment method (s), the application of the method of payment chosen by you is subject to acceptance by the party of the credit card issuer, as well as to the fact that the payment has been successful and/or that the payment method has not been revoked. Otherwise, the service will not be activated. We inform you that 2Play does not collect any of your banking data. Your coordinates banking will be communicated only to the bank of 2Play and to the supplier of 2Play payment services during the relative purchase. You will be able to change the payment method with each new purchase.

If the purchase will be made online, the packages you have purchased, and the relative subscription method can be viewed in the Personal Area. Also, if requested by you exclusively as a natural person, you will receive an invoice for the purchase of the packages, to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form.
You agree to use the service offered by 2Play according to the following rules of use:

You acknowledge and agree that all industrial property rights and intellectual relating to the service and anything else connected to supply of the same by 2Play, and all data, information, materials, and other content - including but not limited to by way of example the trademarks, texts, drawings, graphics, photographs, software, video, music, sound - available with the service, are of owned or licensed by 2Play. No rights to either license is granted to you. 2Play grants you a service personal, non-perpetual, non-exclusive, for consideration or not transferable user license to access the service and use I content offered through it under the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions. You cannot use software, devices, scripts, robots, other manual or automatic means or processes to access, execute it "scrape", the "crawl" or "reverse engineering" of the Site and its contents; as well as damage or interfere with the Site through the activity and use of viruses (e.g., cancelbots, trojans), codes malicious, fake routes, address information email or similar methods and technologies.

We reserve the right, to improve the service offered, to stop distributing some content, modify or reduce the number of hours of transmission of each content, and/or interrupt its visualization. 2Play will also be able to periodically update the prices, the technical requirements referred to in Article 5 of these General Conditions, as well as these General Conditions, in case of legislative, regulatory, organizational, administrative changes, technical needs, modifications, or modernization of technical solutions for the provision of the service, technological or IT developments, and/or in presence of events, of a particular or general nature, relevant to contractual fulfilment. If any changes to the service or these General Conditions should have a significant impact on the quality and/or quality of the contents of one of the Packages from you purchased, from the moment of communication you can withdraw from the purchase of the specific Package according to the modalities expressed in 8 of these Terms and conditions.
